Surf Sports and Training.
Surf Sports showcase the skills and physical abilities required to save a life, and include beach events, such as sprinting and flags, water events, ocean swims, board paddling and ski, surf boats, multidisciplinary events combining two or more events and traditional events such as reel and rescue and resuscitation. Further information on the various surf sport disciplines is provided on the Surf Life Saving SA’s website.
Junior and Senior surf sports
Information and communications for the Junior and Senior surf sports is available via Grange SLSC’s Facebook Surf Sports closed group page and Team app, together with training times and locations for Tiny Tot and Nipper sessions; and Board, Ski, Beach, Swim, Iron Person, Surf Rowing, March Past, Rescue and Resuscitation, and other organised events and training sessions.
